Refund & Return Policy — GadgetDrop

At GadgetDrop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products with broken seals (for hygiene/safety reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

🔄 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • 💳 Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • 🏦 Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank

❌ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos/videos of the damaged item to our support email
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • GadgetDrop is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at our support email.


📩 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours
  3. Ship the item back to our provided address
  4. Refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt
