Refund & Return Policy — GadgetDrop

At GadgetDrop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
📦 Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-returnable items:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Products with broken seals (for hygiene/safety reasons)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
🔄 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- ✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- 💳 Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- 🏦 Bank transfer refunds may take additional time depending on your bank
❌ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos/videos of the damaged item to our support email
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- GadgetDrop is not responsible for items lost during return shipping
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at our support email.
📩 How to Initiate a Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours
- Ship the item back to our provided address
- Refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt
